Meet our Team

My name is Roxanne. Like many women, I experienced a vaginal infection that I did not fully understand until it was almost too late. At first, I thought it was “nothing” and that the vaginal symptoms would simply go away. Instead, that untreated vaginal infection eventually threatened my fertility. This was a wake-up call. How is it possible that in 2025, we still don’t have a simple way to recognize early signs of a vaginal imbalance or understand vaginal symptoms before they become serious? That frustration, combined with fear and the need for clarity, led me to create Santelle — a simple vaginal test designed to help women better understand their vaginal symptoms and take action earlier. With my background in biomedical engineering and my experience in women’s health, I chose to turn this personal experience into a practical solution: an accessible tool for early detection of vaginal infections and better protection of fertility.
